When I was 5 years old my grandma and grandpa used to take me to their house all the time, and I loved it…until my grandpa started to rape me. I didn’t tell anyone except for my cousin because the same thing was happening to her, but with her step dad. It went on for three years, until he went to jail because my cousin told my parents without me knowing. I was upset with her, but I am glad she did what she did. |
Then about four years ago on my 11th birthday he was let out of jail, and I was scared to leave the house without someone. I thought he would do something to me for telling the truth. I saw him for the first time at the store, and he talked to me. I had an attack, and I had to have my step mom take me away because I was shaking so bad. After that I went to a psychiatrist, and ever since then I have been okay. So to all you girls out there who this is happening to, tell someone right away because your life could be at risk.
